The Centre provides a strong Fresh Food, Fashion and Service offer for the Southern Highlands communities.

Highlands Marketplace prides itself on its easy access and free parking, shopping variety and convenience, services facilities and is open 7 days a week.

Also at Highlands Marketplace, you will find the original footings of the Fitz Roy Iron Works historical site. The site is located at the eastern end of the underground car park.

The Fitz Roy Iron Works was the first iron works in Australia, which operated between 1848 to the 1890’s and established the industry in this country. The enterprise struggled to be successful over the subsequent decades, but assisted in establishing the iron industry in Australia.
