Parents Room

Our Parents Room has been provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at Highlands Marketplace.

Our Parents room is equipped with private feeding rooms, bottle warming facility, highchair, pram parking, child toilet and baby safety seat in the bathroom for parents without prams.

Our Parents Room has also been given a 5 Star Rating from the Australian Breastfeeding Association.

The Parents Room is located in the amenities corridor next to the travelator exit.

Community

Disabled Facilities

Highlands Marketplace has many facilities for customers with disabilities. These include 18 disable parking spaces conveniently located at the entry points of the Centre, a disable bathroom located in the amenities corridor next to the travelator & lift exit and lift access into the Centre from the underground car park.

The Centre also has a wheelchair available from Centre Management, if required.

B Tempted Hair and Beauty have designed their salon to accommodate all customers and their access requirements. The salon has a gentle ramp catering for wheelchair access. The hair service and beauty areas are also designed for customers who are wheelchair bound. The customer need not leave their wheelchair while at the washbasin, nail bar or beauty treatment area.

B Tempted Hair and Beauty were awarded the 'Community Access Award' at the Southern Highlands Business Awards For Excellence 2007.
