What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers? Shoe repairs. There is nothing that can't be fixed.

How long have you been working here? I've been at Highlands Marketplace for two and half years and with the company for five years.

What are your interests in life? Any hobbies, interests or mad obsessions? Funnily enough fixing shoes is a passion of mine so it's both rewarding and challenging at times. I've built up a bit of a reputation in the area and now shoppers request me specifically.
